📖 Tapestry
Vale Kids uses Tapestry as a secure online learning tool for staff and parents. It helps create a special record of each child's experiences, development and learning journey using photos, videos and diary entries.

🛡️ Safeguarding
The safety and wellbeing of children is a priority. Staff attend regular training and all staff have responsibility for safeguarding.
The nursery identifies Jemma Edwards as Designated Safeguarding Lead, supported by Susan Van Der Heyden.
🍎 Meals & snacks
Snacks include choices such as fruit, vegetables, crackers, dips and cheese and are included in session fees. Children attending for a whole day bring a small packed lunch.
🧥 Uniform & outdoor play
Uniform is not compulsory. A royal blue Vale Kids polo is available, and children have their own puddle suits so outdoor adventures can continue in poor weather.
